SHIPPING

Your item will arrive to you carefully packaged using as much recycled materials as possible. Please be kind to the planet and recycle the packaging.

We ship your order in 24 hours approximately with registered mail and provide you with a tracking number.
For Paypal payments address of your Paypal account will be used. 

Shipping standar normally takes:
Spain: 4-7 business days
Europe: 7 -10 business days
Other: 2 - 4 weeks 

*Please take into account it may take longer in peak seasons such as Christmas or local hollidays.

Shipments on your Country or location may be subject to Customs inspeccions, customs Duty and/or other Local Taxes, spending it more days than expected. International customs charges/ local taxes/ fees/ VAT are responsibility of the buyer.

ARTYCULT has NO control over how your country charges duty. Customs policies are different for every country. You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies.

ARTYCULT make no shipments on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Delivery times are approximate. In the case that there is any stock shortage or unavailability of an article, ARTYCULT will contact you to communicate it immediately and give a new deadline or, if not possible to serve the product, to cancel the order. In any case, a delay in delivery times does not give the customer the right to demand any compensation.


If you choose to pay by bank transfer, after carrying it out, you shall wait till it to reflects in our bank account. When paying by bank transfer, the delivery time will not begin until the confirmation that the transfer has been completed.

SHIPPING COMPLICATIONS

Our error:
If there has been some shipping complications please send us PHOTOS of what was received so we can sort out what happened and we will send a replacement free of charge, and cover the costs of the incorrect item being returned to us or we do a full refund.  *Photo evidence is **absolutely mandatory**

Your Error: 
Please make sure your address is complete & correct!
If you provided an incorrect or impartial address and your parcel is returned to sender, you are responsible for the costs of re-shipping the parcel and any costs incurred from the post office to obtain your parcel (sometimes they charge return shipping). If at the point in which we receive the returned parcel you would like a refund, a refund will be granted less the cost of initial postage, any fees incurred, plus a 10% restocking fee.

-Unclaimed packages:
If the order is returned to us, you have to pay for all cost involved on the shipment.
